Brescia, April 4, 2023 – Starting today it is possible to enter for the fourth edition of the 1000 Miglia Warm Up USA, the event in pure 1000 Miglia style that confirms Washington D.C. and Middleburg as the two landmarks of the event on the East Coast of the United States and that, thanks to the valuable support of the Embassy of Italy in Washington, will end on Italian soil in the United States.

The highly popular program has also been confirmed, which from October 31 to November 5 will offer crews the chance to familiarize themselves with stopwatches, tubes and their own road-books for the regularity races of which the 1000 Miglia is a symbol in the world. After a first day of theoretical and practical training, the crews will be called upon for three days of actual racing, the U.S.A. Cup, which will cover about 800 km and will pair expert drivers and navigators (Veteran) with novices and aspiring drivers (Novice).

There will also be two different categories for eligible cars: 1000 Miglia Era Car Class and Post – 1000 Miglia Era Car Class. The first will include the examples and models that participated in the 1000 Miglia speed race (1927-1957) and those that, although they never took part in the historic race, were produced in the same time frame and are of significant historical and sporting value today. The second category will group cars produced since 1958 including Sports Cars, Gran Turismo or Super Cars in their original configuration.

To ensure the utmost care and attention in the training sessions and to offer participants the opportunity to interact one-on-one with 1000 Miglia’s top management who will be on hand for guidance, information and suggestions, the number of cars accepted is limited. Five-star hospitality, unique scenery, historic locations, time trials, and competitive and fun challenges will complete the picture of the Red Arrow experience overseas, which will offer four guarantees of acceptance to the 2024 edition of the 1000 Miglia for the winners (Veteran and Novice 1000 Miglia Era, Veteran and Novice Post 1000 Miglia Era).

An early bird entry fee is available for purchase by May 5.

The entry deadline is set for September 29.
