Whilst touring Salon Prive we stumbled upon a new project called ‘Escapade Silverstone’ which broke cover last month and their plan is to build a development of sixty residences and a clubhouse on the edge of Silverstone circuit.
The properties are set just 12 ft back from the circuit (so front row seats for the Grand Prix races) this is all near Maggots Beckets corner, they are set to be modern and striking in design (think the Wing building) and these will be intertwined with landscaped spaces.
Prices start from £650,000 and track side properties with their balconies roof terraces are set to be £1.3 – £1.6M, you can move in from May 2022, there is also a scheme whereby owners can let their residences for available accommodation whilst not in use.
