On the 20th and 21st September the greatest circuit in the world; Spa Francorchamps will welcome the 2014 edition of the Spa Six Hours, which over the years has become the firm favourite historic meeting. With no less than 650 racing cars spread over 12 series, the actual Spa Six Hours race has 100 hundred cars on the grid, including a grey Healey100M campaigned by the Auto Addicts crew, so look out for us!
Also over the weekend in addition to the Spa Six Hours endurance race, which gives its name to the event, humdreds of British racers will make the journey across to the Ardennes region of Belgium to compete in the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship, bringing together F1 cars from the ‘70s and the ‘80s, the FIA Masters Sports Car Championship (Prototypes), the Masters Gentlemen Drivers Pre-66 GT Cars, Pre-66 Touring Cars, not forgetting the CanAm muscle cars. On top of that there is a quite exceptional programme, ranging from the U2TC brigade, that brings together the cream of the under 2 litres Touring cars, such prestigious competitions as the Woodcote and the Stirling Moss Trophy, the incredible Grand Prix cars ranging from the ‘20s through to the ‘60s, the British Sports GT & Saloon Challenge, the Historic Sports Car Club, the highly official Formula Junior competition, who could ask for more…
Once again the Spa Six Hours Paddock Girls will be back in action, adding a classy and entertaining finishing touch to all the mouth watering classic machinery on the grid.
The Auto Addicts crew will be there in force campaigning in the Woodcote Trophy, the Spa 6 hour and in the Historic Sports Car Club races all under the JME Healey/ Race100 banner if you spot us in the Paddock come and say hello.
