Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance

Encapsulating speed, endurance and style, the prestigious Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance combine to create the ultimate moving motoring museum.

The caliber of this year’s participating vintage and modern day automobiles delighted entrants and spectators alike who share Rolex’s appreciation for the past and its traditions.

One hundred and fifty-five cars participated in the 2017 Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance, as it celebrated its 20th anniversary. This year saw the event revert to its original and longer route after local fires had significantly shortened it in 2016.

Roaring to life on Thursday morning, these classics left Portola Road behind them and weaved their way around the Monterey Peninsula. The motorcade then traced portions of the historic 17-Mile Drive lined with Californian Pine and Cypress trees, before pausing for a gourmet lunch on Ocean Avenue in the charming town of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

On Sunday morning, the final day of Monterey Auto Week, the same cars, joined by a further 49 invited vehicles, rolled on to the famed 18th fairway of the Pebble Beach Golf Links for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
