Now in its tenth year, Goodwood Breakfast Club is known as being the ‘best free day out for Motoring enthusiasts.’ Held at the Goodwood Motor Circuit on the first Sunday across the summer season, it’s a free to enter event which gives the owners of relevant cars and bikes the opportunity to display them on the famous Motor Circuit grid. Due to the overwhelming popularity of the event, and in particular due to the record crowd that turned out for the opening event of the year, Supercar Sunday, Goodwood Breakfast Club will now require customers to pre-register their attendance at the event via the purchase of a free ticket through Goodwood’s website.
Goodwood Motor Circuit General Manager, Jon Barnett, said “Breakfast Club is a free event which is all about sharing our passion and enthusiasm for motorsport. However, it’s now become so successful that in order to make sure our visitors have the best and safest experience, we need to be aware of the number and details of visitors that are on-site, and ensure that we don’t exceed the maximum number of visitors that the site, and traffic management network, safely permits”.
From Sunday 4 th June, Soft Top Sunday and subsequent visitors will be asked to visit Goodwood.com/BreakfastClub to register for their free tickets, or register their car for consideration to be displayed on the grid. Each ticket registration grants access to the event for two adults (over 18) with children not required to pre-register. Visitors are also encouraged to follow the new Goodwood Breakfast Club official page on Facebook to be kept up to date with news and announcements.
The themes and dates for this year’s Breakfast Club events are as follows:
